New Ambulance Service for Santa Clara County as of July 1 2011 |

As of July 1st 2011, residents of the Los Altos Hills County Fire District will be served by a new ambulance service provider as well as brand new ambulance vehicles. Santa Clara County has engaged Rural/Metro Ambulance to provide services to the county, as such these new vehicles will be providing service in both Los Altos and Los Altos Hills.
A total of 55 of these vehicles will be serving the county as a whole.
