This FREE 3-hour training class, presented by the Santa Clara County Fire Department, teaches individuals and families how to prepare to be self-reliant for the first 72 hours following a major disaster.

It includes info on types of disasters, home and workplace preparedness, fire safety, treating life-threatening conditions, and how to build a disaster supplies kit.

Class is free, though registration is required (due to limited seating).

Class is open to any individuals who live or work within the communities served by the Santa Clara County Fire District: Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and the unincorporated surrounding areas.
