We are so happy you're interested in becoming a member of Santa Clara County Teen CERT! Signing up is a simple process consisting of filling out this interest form; then having a parent read, acknowledge and submit the Teen CERT Parent Approval Letter and Risk Waiver Form.

The purpose of the Santa Clara County approved Teen CERT program is to train students in emergency preparedness and response to ensure students have the skills needed to protect themselves and assist others in the event of an emergency (such as earthquakes, fires, etc).
