Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) 2023:
Revised Annex 4 of the Santa Clara County Community Wildfire Protection Plan provides wildfire mitigation projects that are specific to the Los Altos Hills Fire District.
In June 2019, the District wrote an Addendum to Revised Annex 4, as a guidebook for residents. The Addendum to Annex 4 provides an easy-to-read overview of wildfire risks and mitigation efforts, encourages specific pre-planning actions for property resiliency in wildfires, and guidance for self-reliance of residents and the community in the event of a disaster.
