Are you and your family prepared for a disaster? In the event of an area-wide disaster, critical infrastructure and emergency services will be impacted. Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) members prepare, organize, and work together as a team to provide essential services to their community during and after a disaster. CERTs strengthen neighborhood resiliency and play a vital role in Los Altos Hills disaster response efforts.
On November 4, 2023, the LAH CERT and Teen CERT teams joined for a practice exercise, which simulated the aftermath of a 7.8 magnitude earthquake.
